You help everyone. Who helps you stay yourself?
The training programme for therapists, coaches and Heilpraktiker (psychotherapy) – licensed non-medical practitioners – who want to move out of emotional exhaustion and towards clear boundaries, sharper intuition and a practice that is sustainable, financially and personally.
- The exhausted helper
- The reflective therapist
- The confident professional
- The sustainable practice

For years you’ve given your clients everything. Just not yourself any more.
Grounded in psychodynamics and psychosomatics, combined with trained intuitive perception.
You’ve probably tried quite a lot already: meditating, listening to podcasts, reading books, talking to mentors and colleagues. And still the cycle starts again – because wherever you go, you take yourself with you.
What you’re missing isn’t another tip. It’s a framework that combines sound psychodynamic knowledge with trained intuitive perception – and shows you how to take good care of yourself while taking your business to a new level.
- In your work with clients you give more than is good for you – and often only notice once your strength is already gone.
- After the last appointment of the day there is no energy left – not for you, not for your family, not for the people who matter to you.
- You take your clients’ issues home with you and don’t always know exactly where they end and you begin.
- Setting boundaries feels like letting people down – so you’d rather leave them out altogether and pay the price yourself.
- You’ve changed your surroundings more than once – the practice, the job, sometimes the city – and still the same cycle starts all over again.
- Lots of clients, little income: your calendar is full, yet your bank account tells a different story.
„Because only those who take good care of themselves can accompany others professionally in the long run.“
Four stages of development – not just for you, but for your business too.
ECLIPSE is not just a self-care training. Each stage makes you not only more stable – but also more financially successful as a therapist, coach or non-medical practitioner (Heilpraktiker).
- Stage 1
The exhausted helper
Starting point: plenty of experience, little self-protection, hardly any positioning.
- Stage 2
The reflective therapist
Your own patterns are recognised; first distance and clarity emerge.
- Stage 3
The confident professional
Clear boundaries, trained intuition, a sharper profile in the market.
- Stage 4
The sustainable practice
More revenue with fewer clients, clear positioning – sustainable, financially and personally.
8 phases that take you from exhaustion to confidence.
Each phase of the training takes up a concrete pain point from your working life – and turns it into a tool, an attitude, a change you can feel.
-
Phase 1: Psychosomatic & psychodynamic foundations

„I don’t show therapists and coaches how to become someone else. I show them how to find their way back to themselves – with clarity, structure and the confidence that comes from combining trained intuition with sound expertise.“
Dr. Zorana Pravdić, founder of ECLIPSE
A training programme for professionals who already work with people.
It’s right for you if you …
- already work with clients or patients as a therapist, coach, non-medical practitioner (Heilpraktiker, psychotherapy) or doctor
- notice signs of exhaustion or burnout in yourself
- want to learn how to set boundaries without feeling guilty
- would like to combine psychodynamic expertise with trained intuition
- want to position your business more strongly and make it more financially sustainable
- are ready to develop yourself intensively over around 12 months
Probably not right for you if you …
- have no practical experience at all with clients or patients yet
- are only interested in theory, without your own self-experience
- are hoping for quick results without your own commitment
- can’t invest around 12 months of part-time study
Frequently asked questions
What does the training cost?
The investment depends on the scope you choose and the instalment model. Because the first training group is deliberately kept small (12–15 places), we discuss the exact terms in a personal conversation – leave your details below with no obligation and we’ll get back to you.
Is this only about self-care?
No. ECLIPSE combines both: you learn to take good care of yourself – and use your new knowledge, your practice and your sharpened perception in a targeted way to refine your offer, position yourself more clearly and work more successfully in financial terms.
How much time do I need to set aside?
The training runs part-time over around 12 months in 13 themed blocks: theory weekends online (Saturday and Sunday, 09:00–16:30) and practice weekends in person in Munich (Friday evening and Saturday).
Do I need previous experience?
Yes. The training is aimed at therapists, coaches, non-medical practitioners (Heilpraktiker) and doctors who already work with clients or patients – self-experience and live case work require your own practical experience.
I don’t live in Munich – can I still take part?
Yes. The theory weekends take place online; only the practice and self-experience weekends are in person in Munich (Friday evening and Saturday).
Why only 12–15 places?
Self-experience, Balint group work and personal supervision by Dr. Pravdić only work in small groups. That’s why the first training group is deliberately limited.
How are the training programme and Joyful Life connected?
Joyful Life is an integral part of the training: every participant goes through three Joyful Life online sessions – the first during the introductory weeks, the others flexibly over the course of the year.
