Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded via this website or otherwise exclusively by means of distance communication (e.g. e-mail, telephone, video call). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed profession (§ 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB)). Anyone who books the further training programme for their own practice, for example, generally acts as a trader; in that case there is no right of withdrawal.
Depending on the type of contract, one of the following sets of instructions applies.
For contracts concluded online, you can also declare your withdrawal directly via our withdrawal function: Withdraw from contract. You will promptly receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail.
A. Withdrawal instructions for services
Applies to the further training programme, online programmes such as JOYFUL LIFE, webinars and courses.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dr. med. Zorana Pravdić, ECLIPSE – Akademie für intuitive Psychosomatik, Karwinskistraße 61, 81247 München, telephone: +49 175 505 3000, e-mail: drpravdic.zorana@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Special notes
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract (§ 356(4) BGB).
B. Withdrawal instructions for digital content
Applies to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, e.g. e-books, PDFs and recordings.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

Special notes
For paid digital content, your right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance of the contract after you
- have expressly consented to our beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period,
- have confirmed your acknowledgement that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins, and
- we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) (§ 356(5) BGB).
We obtain your consent and confirmation during the ordering process, before the download or access is activated. For free digital content, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have begun to make it available.
C. Withdrawal instructions for goods (printed books)
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dr. med. Zorana Pravdić, ECLIPSE – Akademie für intuitive Psychosomatik, Karwinskistraße 61, 81247 München, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
